Billecart-Salmon is a true Champagne, from the famous grape growing region of Northern France.  This estate has been run by the same family since commencing production in 1818.

Described as one of the finest non-vintage Champagnes of the market, this blend boats harmonious, well-balanced results, with a delightful mousse.  The blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier grapes used has not changes since 1945.
