WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) is the world's largest and most influential conservation organisation. It has close to five million supporters and a global network active in more than 100 countries.
WWF's mission is to stop the degradation of the planet’s natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature, by:
conserving the world's biological diversity
ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable
promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption
In Australia, WWF works to provide practical solutions to our greatest environmental threats. Our teams work on the ground with local communities, and in partnership with government and industry, advocating change and effective conservation policy.
* Important notice re tax receipts:
100% of guest donations we collect will go to the selected charity, but it costs us time (and credit card fees) to collect the funds and pass them on. So, to minimise our administration costs, we make a lump sum deposit of guest donations to each of our charities every three months, and do not obtain individual receipts for each guest donor.
However, if you really need a donation receipt from the charity for tax deductions, please notify us by telephone within 24 hours of making your purchase, and we will make a separate donation to the charity in your name, and give you a receipt. Alternatively, if you wish to make a large donation, you might prefer to give to WWF directly, by clicking here: WWF Australia direct donation
