This unit comes with a 3 cm spacer which ensures the correct distance is
maintained from the rear of the unit to the wall inorder to prevent over
heating. This spacer must be attached before installation or warranty will be
voided. This unit is for FREESTANDING use only. Warranty voided if BUILT
INTO JOINERY OR UNDER A BENCH.
