American designer, Kate Spade, who became famous for her gorgeous handbags, has now turned her hand to homewares, and has produced several designs in conjunction with Lenox.  She draws inspiration from classic clothing fashions - polka dots, stripes, contrast stitching - but executes them with a funky twist.  The result?  Serious, yet fun dinnerware for the modern couple.

Inspired by Kate Spade's classy paper collection, these Illustrated tidbit plates are fun and fanciful.  Bedecked with whimsical watercolour motifs and topped off with gold rims, these plates add a touch of playfulness to that gorgeous afternoon tea.
