Index™ is Joseph Joseph's multi-award-winning chopping board categorisation system, designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types. The stylish storage case contains four individual chopping boards. Each board is colour-coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for. With Index™ you can prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.
This new version differs slightly from the original version, with slightly bigger boards, a stainless steel and black case, and stainless steel tabs on each board rather than plastic tabs.
