Voyager Estate is located in the premium wine producing region of Margaret River, Western Australia. With their oldest vines dating back to 1978, Voyager was one of the first vineyards in the Margaret River region and has staked its name on producing vintages of a consistently high standard.

A generous Cabernet style from a vintage considered one of the region’s finest, this wine glows a deep ruby with violet hues. Fleshy and fresh, the wine will provide great drinking pleasure in its youth before a long future in the cellar (up to 15 years) that will ultimately reward drinkers with a great old Margaret River Cabernet.

Soft sweet fruits dominate the palate along with blood plums, dark cherries, blackberry, dark chocolate and cedar. As the wine opens up in the glass some vanillan wood characters, earth and tobacco start to develop on the back palate. This wine would go beautifully with a beef or lamb fillet, and match perfectly with earthy mushrooms.
